Join my 12-week Yoga + Weights series and experience the perfect fusion of traditional hatha yoga and light strength training. This unique series is designed to help you build strength, improve stability, and enhance flexibility—all while staying grounded in the mindfulness of yoga.
Light hand and ankle weights (1-5lbs), will ensure the classes are gentle and accessible. Each week, you’ll explore a new focus, from sculpting your upper body to powering up your core, toning your lower body, and refining your balance. Whether you’re new to using weights or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers something for everyone.
